1. About Loomstead

Loomstead is a financial education provider based in Bangkok, Thailand. We offer structured educational programs to help individuals develop a clearer understanding of personal finance topics. Our registered address is 77/4 Convent Road, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

2. Services Described

Loomstead currently offers three educational programs:

• Financial Habits Workshop (฿4,000) — Three sessions covering habit loop analysis, keystone financial behaviours, accountability partnering, and 30-60-90 day habit formation timelines. Includes a habit tracker and behavioural change toolkit.
• Bond and Fixed Deposit Comparison (฿5,200) — Two sessions comparing bonds and fixed deposit accounts as savings and income instruments. Includes a side-by-side comparison document and suitability matrix.
• Financial Readiness for Major Life Events (฿11,000) — Three sessions covering cost estimation, timeline planning, resource assembly, and contingency preparation for a chosen life event. Includes an event-specific financial readiness plan and checklist.

Program descriptions, session structures, and included materials are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled participants before their sessions begin.

3. Not Financial Advice

Loomstead provides financial education only. Nothing communicated through our website, programs, materials, or correspondence constitutes investment advice, financial planning advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of regulated financial service under Thai law.

Our programs are designed to improve general understanding and personal awareness around financial topics. All decisions you make regarding your finances remain entirely your own responsibility. We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel before making significant financial decisions.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment process

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or any deposit arrangement agreed in writing with Loomstead). Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute enrollment or any obligation to enroll.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and include VAT where applicable. Prices shown on the website are current at the time of display but may be updated periodically. Any price agreed at the time of enrollment will be honoured for that booking.

Payment

We will confirm accepted payment methods at the time of your enquiry. Payment instructions will be provided by our team following initial contact.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations by participants

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the first scheduled session: full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the first scheduled session: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the first scheduled session: no refund.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Rescheduling by participants

We understand that schedules can change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before a session, subject to availability. We ask for advance notice whenever possible.

Cancellations by Loomstead

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full rescheduled session or a full refund for the affected session(s).

6. Participant Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful and constructive learning environment. Participants are expected to engage in good faith, treat facilitators and any co-participants with consideration, and use program materials for personal educational purposes only.

We reserve the right to discontinue a program without refund if a participant's behaviour significantly disrupts the educational experience or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of our programs — including worksheets, templates, trackers, comparison documents, and any other resources — are the intellectual property of Loomstead. They are provided for personal educational use by enrolled participants only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share program materials without our prior written consent.

All content on this website, including text, design, and structure, is owned by or licensed to Loomstead. Unauthorised reproduction is not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Loomstead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from personal decisions made following participation.

Our total liability to you for any direct claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure content is accurate and up to date, but we make no representations or warranties as to its completeness or accuracy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users.
